Pure Earth Mobility is built on the conviction that enterprise fleet electrification must be delivered by a responsible, ethical, and environmentally accountable business. These are our commitments โ not aspirations, but operating principles that govern how we work.
Zero-emission products, local assembly, and active alignment with South Africa's carbon reduction goals.
Anti-corruption, transparent dealing, and supply chain standards that meet the highest applicable legal requirements.
Local job creation through South African assembly, skills development, and B-BBEE aligned enterprise conduct.
Every vehicle we supply produces zero tailpipe emissions. This is not a future commitment โ it is the product we sell today. Our electric utility motorcycles and cargo bicycles eliminate direct carbon output on every route they replace, converting petrol and diesel expenses into measurable, reportable Scope 1 reductions for our clients.
Our local South African assembly pipeline further reduces the embedded transport emissions associated with fully imported units, while supporting the South African government's Just Energy Transition Investment Plan and the 1.5-degree pathway of the COP21 Paris Accord.
Pure Earth Mobility is committed to operating in full alignment with South Africa's National Climate Change Response Policy, the National Development Plan, and the environmental sustainability obligations applicable to suppliers operating within the South African private healthcare and corporate sectors.
Immediate Scope 1 reduction for every client route converted from petrol to electric โ with ESG documentation provided from day one of operation.
Completing our South African assembly partnership to reduce import dependency, lower landed costs, and qualify for local manufacturing preference under procurement frameworks.
Working toward end-of-life battery management and circular economy principles for fleet units as the South African EV infrastructure matures.
We conduct all business with integrity. Pure Earth Trading (Pty) Ltd and its trading divisions are bound by South African law and operate in accordance with the ethical standards applicable to suppliers within the private healthcare, corporate, and institutional procurement environment.
The following commitments apply to all employees, contractors, and supply chain partners engaged by Pure Earth Mobility.
We do not offer, pay, solicit, or accept bribes or corrupt inducements in any form. Our conduct complies with the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act (PRECCA) 12 of 2004 and all applicable anti-corruption legislation.
All pricing, proposals, and commercial representations are made honestly and accurately. We do not engage in misleading conduct, false advertising, or anti-competitive behaviour.
We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our appointed Information Officer is responsible for POPIA compliance across all Pure Earth Trading divisions. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
We do not knowingly engage suppliers who use child labour, forced labour, or exploitative employment practices. We conduct due diligence on our OEM and logistics partners to the extent commercially practicable, and we will not continue relationships with suppliers found to be in breach of these standards.
Employees and stakeholders who become aware of ethical violations are encouraged to report concerns to our Information Officer at info@pureearthmobility.co.za. Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated without retaliation.
We maintain compliance with all applicable South African legislation, including the Companies Act 71 of 2008, the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the National Credit Act where applicable, and all sector-specific regulations relevant to our operations.
Local First.
People Matter.
Pure Earth Mobility is a South African business, and we believe that the economic transformation goals of South Africa are not optional โ they are the right thing to do and a legal obligation for responsible corporate citizens.
Our local assembly commitment is not only an environmental and procurement strategy. It is a deliberate investment in South African jobs, skills, and industrial capability.
Pure Earth Trading (Pty) Ltd is committed to B-BBEE compliance as a core element of responsible business conduct. Our B-BBEE certificate is available on request. We actively seek to conduct business with B-BBEE compliant suppliers, contractors, and partners where commercially feasible.
Our South African assembly programme is designed to create local employment in the EV manufacturing and logistics sector, transferring technical skills and creating sustainable jobs in a growth industry.
Local assembly and fleet servicing requires trained South African technicians. We are committed to investing in technical training and skills transfer as our assembly operations scale, contributing to South Africa's skills development imperative.
We give preference to South African suppliers for components, services, and logistics where quality and price are comparable. We actively work to reduce our dependence on fully imported supply chains.
By supplying zero-emission fleet solutions to healthcare facilities, we directly contribute to improved air quality in and around hospital environments โ benefiting patients, staff, and surrounding communities.
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic in our employment and contracting decisions. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team as we grow.
